Shipping info
The shipping takes place from Portugal.
Delivery always takes place via an insured CTT package with a tracking number.
Delivery to Portugal (including Azores and Madeira Islands) - Shipping costs start at €4.50.
Delivery to Europe - Shipping costs start at €9.50.
Delivery to the USA - Shipping costs start at €16.50.
Shipping to all other regions of the world - Shipping costs start at €14.00.
Delivery times
Delivery times are usually 1-3 working days. Please note that the delivery time is always from the day of receipt of payment until 12 noon on the respective day. No shipping takes place on weekends.
Payment methods
The invoice amount is payable immediately (after receiving the order confirmation by email). After 7 working days, we reserve the right to cancel an unpaid order. We usually give 14 days. Please inform us of any difficulties, together we will find an option. Please contact us via our live chat.
