Refund policy

In general, our seeds are excluded from return due to handling and storage by the buyer, which is unknown to us and can lead to a reduction in viability and germination. However, in rare cases, parts of a harvest may not germinate as expected; this is an exception. If our seeds do not germinate when our sowing instructions are followed, in this case the buyer is responsible for informing us about the type and handling of the sowing. We are always ready to look at the individual case in detail and, if necessary, cancel the item and compensate with an appropriate credit.
