Turkey Raisins

Wonderfully full-bodied, juicy and sweet dark raisins from the Rapunzel preservation project. The grapes of a very old dark wine variety are gently dried under the Turkish sun. They are sulphur-free and contain only a small amount of sunflower oil to prevent sticking. The raisins come from the Salihli village project in the Mediterranean west of Turkey.
